It has been interesting seeing how different sewing machine salespeople respond when I ask how much it would cost to get the missing parts. However it doesn't have the embroidery attachment or the software. But when I looked at it closer I discovered it was a Singer Futura CE 200. I saw that it was a singer, and I said I really didn't like that brand. :o)Īnyhow, we had taken another one of my machines to the pawn shop but they didn't wan't it, it was too old.īut they had a machine there that they were thinking about THROWING AWAY because they couldn't sell it. I have more than one, but that is a story for another post.
I did get my main sewing machine out last month. The kids contributed their Wii, their ipods and dsi's and I pawned my sewing machine, serger and kindle. It seems like everything we own of any value is currently in the pawn shop August was a really tough month. I am slowly getting things unpacked and sorted between carting the kids around and doing homework help and all those other motherly daily responsibilities. My storage shed is about 2/3 empty and my garage is full. We finally got into our storage on the 20th of September, bless the lord for that, and I have been bringing carloads home and trying to sort through them as much as I can. Since the ice cream truck broke down, the income was way down so on the first of September we were locked out of our stuff because there wasn't enough to go for all the bills. We spent August living in an RV in the back yard of a friend.
My ice cream truck broke down three times in August, and we were forced to move out of the duplex we lived in for 4 years in July.
